Mont rebei gorge is one of my favourite places to visit, located on the border with Aragon it’s an incredible place to visit. The water is turquoise blue and the trails cut into the rocks with great views. It’s possible for a day trip from Barcelona or Girona, but would definitely recommend to find somewhere to sleep and try and make a weekend of it.
