FITINESS METHOD TO HIKE IN BARCELONA

Goodbye to these incredible people, Rocio & Krlos, who are on route back home to Mexico, following a summer working contract in Barcelona.


The beauty of sport in general, where it gives you the opportunity to meet people from different ends of the earth.


These two would literally be working out the gym every night, in order to get their bodies ready for adventuring at the weekend. Not saying you need to work out in the gym every night to go hiking, but it was their mindset, where having a beach body or 6-pack was secondary, not important. What was important, is strong legs to hike up mountains, cardio for those long days, strong core balance for walking back down, and most important, insuring that you can be having these experiences into an old age.
